Myself and my wife, Julie, have been regular customers for many years. The food tonight was especially delicious - thick, white fish and chunky chips. The two owners are lovely people - we cannot recommend The Castaway more highly.

Been a loyal customer here for as many years as I can remember and is the only chippy I’ll use in Nairn. Correct order every time, very reasonably priced and good portion sizes. When I phone my order in I just say it’s Connor and they know what I’m having - that’s service

Had a small issue with my order which the owner was decent enough to take responsibility of the mistake and rectify immediately. Apart from that, absolutely fantastic chip shop/pizzaria. The freshly prepared Haddock AND chips were amazing and very very tasty. The prices are very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely choose to eat here again. Highly recommended.

Well just had the most awful experience waited 45 mins when I asked what was the problem was got told he had lots of orders asked what happens to walk ins was told you are prioritised he said everything cooked fresh I was them only.person by the point in shop the man infront of me asked for he's money back as couldn't wait any longer was told could not get it back the man walked out. When I said you shouldn't speak to customers like that he was so rude said he couldn't careless. What a way to speak to people . If you told me it was going to take so long I wouldn't of ordered. You will have no business left treating folk it that manner. Rude argumentative dismissive infact hope you fail
